The following criteria will provide players with an exemption directly into the 2019 MIC. If your qualifications meet any of the criteria listed below, please fill out the Tournament Application online and you will be provided with an invitation code to register online.

Major U.S. Rankings and Tournaments

  • Top 20 from 2018 Monroe Invitational
  • Top 300 Scratch Players World Amateur Ranking (SPWAR)
  • Top 100 Golfweek/ Amateur Ranking
  • Top 100 Golfweek or GolfStat Collegiate Ranking
  • Top 20 Polo AJGA Ranking
  • Quarter Finalist or better in 2018 US Amateur Championship
  • Quarter Finalist or better in 2018 US Mid-Amateur Championship
  • Quarter Finalist or better in 2018 Western Amateur Championship
  • Top 20 in 2018 NCAA Division I Championship
  • NCAA Division I All American - 1st, 2nd or 3rd team

Note: Monroe Invitational reserves the right to reserve invitations for select local and national players. The number of exempt players will generally not exceeds 70, approximately 85% of the field. The selection committee will determine the all exemptions.
